  1. Go to Freshdesk<\/li>\n \t
  2. Click new > New ticket\n\"\"<\/li>\n \t
  3. Pick a template and choose SG-SO Order\u2019s update\n\"\"<\/li>\n \t
  4. Fill in the information required\n\n\n
      \n \t
    • Fill in the the contact<\/strong> with your email<\/li>\n\n\n\n \t
    • Fill in the subject<\/strong> and change the SO number<\/li>\n\n\n\n \t
    • Choose the priority<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n \t
    • Fill in the group<\/strong> and agent<\/strong> as per customer PIC\nFor KA (Key Account) Client, follow below list of PIC for each client.\nFor MP (Marketplace) & SML (Small, Medium\u00a0 Client, only fill in the group and leave the agent blank.<\/em>\n\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
