  1. Go to Freshdesk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n \t
  2. Click New > New Ticket.\n\n\n\"\"<\/li>\n \t
  3. Pick a template and choose ‘Request for Upload<\/em><\/strong>‘.\n\n\"\"\n\n\n\n\n

  4. Fill in all information required.\n\n– Fill in <\/span>Contact\u00a0<\/strong>with your e-mail address.\n<\/span>– Fill in <\/span>Subject<\/strong> with the Item Title that you’d like to upload.\n<\/span>Rest of columns will be automatically fulfilled<\/strong><\/em>\n\n\n\"\"<\/li>\n \t
  5. Fill in the E-mail Description by following the template.\n– Add Item Title\nProvide New Item Sourcing Tools link<\/em><\/strong>\n– Add RFS tix\u00a0<\/strong>(Conversation between you and Supplier)\n– Add\u00a0Customer<\/strong>\n\n\"\"<\/li>\n \t
  6. Then click \u2018Create<\/strong><\/em>\u2019.\n\n\"\"<\/li>\n \t
  7. Once ticket is created, you will be redirected to the new ticket created.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
