Inform CS (<em>Customer Success<\/em>) whether they want to proceed or if they want us to continue some sourcing or cancel the order.<\/h5>\n<h6 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">A.1 If the customer wants to proceed<\/h6>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">&#8211; Ask CS (<em><strong>Customer Success<\/strong><\/em>) to raise a new SO (<em><strong>Sales Order<\/strong><\/em>) with an alternative item.<br \/>\n&#8211; Cancel old PO (<em><strong>Purchase Order<\/strong><\/em>) and then old SO (<em><strong>Sales Order<\/strong><\/em>) on ERP.<br \/>\n&#8211; Process new SO (<em><strong>Sales Order<\/strong><\/em>) accordingly.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">A.2 If the customer wants to continue doing some sourcing<\/h6>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/34.142.164.87\/?p=189\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em>Click here to see how to do RFS (Request for Sourcing).<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<h6 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">A.3 If the customer decides to cancel the order<\/h6>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Cancel the PO (<em><strong>Purchase Order<\/strong><\/em>) to Supplier &amp; cancel the PO (<em><strong>Purchase Order<\/strong><\/em>) then SO (<em><strong>Sales Order<\/strong><\/em>) on ERP.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">A.4 If the customer doesn\u2019t want to accept the alternative &amp; doesn\u2019t want to cancel the order (<em><strong>usually KA (Key Account)<\/strong><\/em>).<\/h6>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">CS (<em><strong>Customer Success<\/strong><\/em>) will discuss with BD (<em><strong>Business Development<\/strong><\/em>) on this issue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A.
