Direct Supplier and ETH<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h6 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">A.1 Inform the supplier regarding the customer\u2019s feedback on receiving an incorrect item.<br \/>A.2 Need to liaise with the supplier to exchange the incorrect item for the correct one.<\/h6>\n<h5 style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">a. If the supplier is able to do an exchange.<\/h5>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">The supplier has to do an exchange to the customer\u2019s place directly or Eezee WH (<strong><em>Warehouse<\/em><\/strong>) (If the customer\u2019s location is restricted), or else, The agent will do the manual booking for an exchange to LF (<em><strong>Logistic and Fulfillment<\/strong><\/em>) (Supplier will be charged for the exchange).<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">b. If the supplier is unable to do an exchange due to new packaging<\/h6>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">&#8211; Check with the supplier if we\u2019re able to return and get CN (<em><strong>Credit Note<\/strong><\/em>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">&#8211; Check with the customer whether they can accept the current item&#8217;s new packaging or if they want to return it and get a refund.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">c. If the supplier is unable to do an exchange due to there being no more stock of the correct item.<\/h6>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">&#8211; Check with the supplier if we\u2019re able to return and get CN (<em><strong>Credit Note<\/strong><\/em>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">&#8211; Check with the customer whether they can accept the current item&#8217;s new packaging or if they want to return it and get a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A.
