For Enterprise Order<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Check with the supplier if we\u2019re able to return the item and get us a CN (<em><strong>Credit Note<\/strong><\/em>)\/cancel the SO (<strong><em>Sales Order<\/em><\/strong>).<br \/>\n<em>Note: We will cancel the SO (<strong>Sales Order<\/strong>) after we get the CN (<strong>Credit Note<\/strong>)\/Refund from the Supplier.<\/em><\/p>\n<h5>C. For Marketplace \/ Enterprise Order<\/h5>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">C.1 If the supplier can accept the return, The agent to inform CS (<em><strong>Customer Success<\/strong><\/em>) that the Customer needs to bear the shipping fee.<br \/>\nC.2 If the supplier is unable to accept, The agent informs CS (<em><strong>Customer Success<\/strong><\/em>) that we\u2019re unable to accept the return.
